STEP INTO THE ROOM
Please read all terms and policy before requesting a booking.
Booking Deposit
50% of the rental fee is due when booking The Room. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to event date with the SECURITY DEPOSIT (Read Security Deposit info). To avoid losing your booking deposit be sure to pay the balance 1 week prior to the booking or your booking will be canceled (Read Cancellation info). If your date is sooner than 1 week of booking, a full payment should be paid including the security deposit.
Security Deposit
A $150.00 security deposit is due the day the balance is due. The payment can be made in via cash, cash app, or debit card and will be refunded within 24 hours after your event, as long as there aren't any incidents or damages. (Read Cleaning Info)
Reservations
You will gain access to The Room at the reserved time selected and expected to be out of The Room at the selected end time. If you need additional time, please give us a call within 1 hour of your booking end time for an over the phone transaction.
Cancellations
Booking Deposits are NON-Refundable. If you need to reschedule please inform us at least 24 hours in advanced. After 2 weeks of no call, no show, rescheduling will not be available and you lose any deposit made.
Capacity
The maximum capacity is 64-100 standing up/or seated with no tables, to a capacity of 64 seated with tables. Please be mindful that we only provide 64 chairs. We have 10 extra chairs for rent, but you are more than welcomed to bring additional chairs if needed.
Alcohol
No Smoking Allowed in The Room. We do allow alcohol with a licensed & insured bartender. Please have bartender email over insurance and license.
Food & Catering
We do not have a kitchen in The Room, but we do provide food options with our restaurant services and we also allow outside food and catering for your own personal use.
Cleaning
The space must be returned back in the same condition as rented, with no damages . All décor and food must be removed from The Room. Trash must be dumped in the garbage outside. No confetti or party string allowed. Clients must sweep, and mop when necessary, to avoid losing the $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT. Cleaning supplies, and towels will be provided in the closet.
